Responsibilities:
A- Perform inspections of the front and back of the house during a shift, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, Lobby, Food and Beverage Outlets, Public Areas, and Car Parking.
B – Meet and Greet guests; efficiently handling check-in/check-out.
C- Perform credit card checks; charge room fees
D – Knowledge of Front Office systems and backups, as well as system recovery procedures.
Requirements:
A- Degree at School for Tourism & Hotel Management.
B- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
