Responsibilities
- Assist the project team in implementing IT infrastructure for the upcoming store rollout.
- A team of support engineers will assist you in providing IT support to your stores and ensure that they run smoothly.
- Support in testing and deploying business applications.
- Assist customers in configuring and customizing POS, weighing scales and price checkers, and other peripherals that meet their business needs.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of IT support experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
