We are a boutique recruitment firm that is growing rapidly and has a friendly team. A Data Entry Clerk is needed on a temporary basis (3-6 months) to handle all data inputs into our CRM system. This is a temporary position, but the right candidate may be offered a permanent contract if they are successful. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to input data and manage existing databases accordingly. Input customer and account data using text-based and numerical information. This will be done in a short time frame. Part-time employees are welcome. This is a remote position and the hours can be adjusted to fit the needs of the candidate. We will also provide all the IT equipment.
Chameleon-i experience is preferred. A background in recruitment knowledge would also be a plus. The role will involve gathering data from the team, verifying its accuracy, sorting the information according to priority, and preparing source data for computer entry. This is done while adhering strictly to data integrity, security policies, and data security. To properly input the information, you will need to have a good understanding of the recruitment industry. A high level of accuracy is essential, as well as a strong eye for detail and the ability to search for additional information in case of incomplete documents.
