These include creating a safe work environment, following company policies, maintaining quality standards, adhering to company procedures, and making sure you look professional. Guest Service Experts must be able to stand, sit, or move for extended periods of time. They also need to manage the menu and read and verify the information. All of these tasks (as well as other reasonable duties as required) are essential for Guest Service Experts.
