Description
As a Hospitality Ambassador, a Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all guests.
They are responsible for ensuring that guests are satisfied with the service and comfort provided by our restaurants and beverages outlets.
They are responsible for working in a team with all departments to ensure the efficient and timely operation of food and beverage outlets.
They ensure a safe & hygienic work area and uphold the privacy rights of the guests.
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations for at least one year is an advantage. The luxury hotel experience is an advantage
- Passion for exceptional service
- Great team player and communication skills
