Responsibilities
- We are seeking a User-Experience Designer (UX). This person will be able to understand the business requirements and technical limitations. They will also be responsible for conducting interviews, surveys and user research. UX designers will be responsible for designing the product's functionality and iterating on it according to user testing.
- Convert your concepts into wireframes, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences.
- By researching, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital products, you can help the client realize their product vision.
- Create wireframes, user stories and user journeys. Also, create mockups that can be used on a variety of devices.
- Design problems can be identified and elegant solutions developed.
- Use a user-centered design approach to quickly test and iterate on your designs.
- Collaborate with your team members and other stakeholders.
- Ask intelligent questions, be open to taking risks, and advocate for new ideas.
Qualifications
- Experience in UX design for three years or more. Candidates with experience in designing websites, apps and enterprise applications will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of standard UX software like Adobe XD, Figma and the like is a must. You will also need to be proficient in basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Ability to communicate with clients and design user experiences that are tailored to client's needs.
- Experience in UX design and the use of best practices for designing solutions. A deep understanding of responsive and mobile design.
- Communication skills that allow clients and teams to communicate clearly and effectively design ideas, processes, and solutions.
- Clear understanding of the importance and benefits of user-centered design.
- Ability to work in a group setting, including the ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Engage in collaboration and communication with other stakeholders through a distributed model. This will allow you to deliver design solutions that are approved.
- Passionately resolve user problems through great design.
- Accept constructive criticism and feedback.
- Passionate about UX and all aspects of design and innovation. Learn about the latest trends and technologies in the industry and share your knowledge.
