Description

Our Technical Support Agent assists our customers in optimizing our product and resolving any issues so that their point-of-sale (POS) continues connecting to partners such as Deliveroo, Takeaway, UberEats, etc.
Your assistance will enable our customers to resolve problems quickly and deliver their products on time. Our internal customer support teams are able to communicate technical issues with us for resolution.

As the point of contact for internal customer support teams and customers, you will provide technical support. You will ensure that everything works, helping customers with their problems, from Zendesk tickets to proactive assistance. You just need to be curious and willing to understand our product.

Communicating and providing technical support is key to your role. This includes customers, partners and colleagues. You can communicate with your customers by phone, email, or even on-site visits. It's easy to make it work for them and help them solve their most difficult problems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the root cause of any issue quickly
  • Problem-solving, problem-solving and solution-oriented
  • Collaboration: Work with the development and onboarding teams to optimize the customer experience
  • Customer satisfaction is your goal. You communicate with customers via phone, email, video call, or occasional on-site visits. You are able to make it work for customers and help them with their most difficult problems.
  • To optimize the customer experience, you will work with the onboarding and development teams.
Qualifications
  • Fluently speak Arabic and English
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support roles
  • High volumes of questions from customers and partners can be handled easily
  • Customer-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Independent, able and able to take initiative. Also, can prioritize and solve problems.
  • You are passionate about the digital world (software/mobile) and can work cross-functionally.
    Demonstrable customer service or tech support experience
  • This is not an office job. You must be available to work in the Dubai office.
