Description
- Assist the corporate team with all administrative and secretarial needs.
- Requests for ground transportation (including visa applications) can be handled.
- Assist in managing the team's calendar. This includes arranging and coordinating meetings with senior parties.
- Expense claim administration.
- Coordinate, plan and organize meetings and events on-site and off-site.
Qualifications
- Holder of a degree
- Experience in administrative or support functions.
- High ethical, discrete, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well with all levels of an organization.
