Description

You will be the Boutique Manager at a Luxury Fashion House Dubai Mall Store, reporting to the Retail Director Middle East & Africa. This role is an ambassador for the brand and will manage the Boutique, ensuring maximum profitability. You will inspire and motivate the team and coach them to achieve higher performance. You will be able to identify and implement new business opportunities in your store.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Engagement

  • Make sure policies, operating standards, and procedures are understood, communicated, and implemented. Also, suggest any improvements
  • Store controllable expenses can be monitored and Finance can partner on the review of and the action of the monthly P&L.
  • Assist Store Support in ensuring safety and health management.
  • Supervise loss asset protection, and risk management
  • Stock audits are a cost-effective way to control stock loss and keep it within your budget.
  • Make sure that your team is fully trained and knows the Company's systems regarding point of sale, cash handling/stock loss control
  • With the support of Department Managers, you can ensure that your team operates effectively. Payroll (with HR support)

 

Business & Client Development

  • To ensure that every client is satisfied, develop the sales team. Assist them with consistent coaching. Identify their training and development needs. Partner with them to create individual action plans.
  • Recognize, develop and recruit talents. Work with HR to create succession plans
  • To drive the business, manage and motivate your team: Create a positive environment, empower the staff, encourage innovation, and foster a sense of teamwork
  • Participate in the training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff
  • To share best practices, network with LVMH colleagues

 

Operation

  • Boutique Support will take responsibility for the safety and health management of the store.
  • Supervise loss asset protection, and risk management

  • Make sure that your team is fully trained and knows the Company's systems regarding point of sale, cash handling, stock loss control and stock management.
  • Assisting Assistant Boutique Managers will ensure that your team operates efficiently, e.g. Payroll (with HR support)
Qualifications
  • Extensive Boutique Management Retail Experience in the Luxury Goods Sector.
  • Existing International Clientele network
  • Experience in managing VIP clients events
  • Great communication skills and relationships building skills
  • Excellent sense of customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity combined with fashion sensibility.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW products
  • Interest in culture and art
  • Fluency in English is essential. Arabic and Russian are a bonus.
  • Master Degree desirable
