Social Media Coordinator
Description
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating original content and suggesting creative ways to increase customer engagement and promote our brand. He/she is responsible for increasing web traffic, and customer engagement metrics and aligning them with wider marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled postings, which engage audiences, promote brands, and encouraging messages.
- Assistance in creating relevant hashtags and captions, and ensuring that translations are correct and checked.
- Assist BFL Group in responding to customer social media comments, reviews, and comments during the Support Experience.
- Assure brand consistency across social media channels
- Track, respond to, report on, and highlight support issues.
- Based on customer feedback.
- Track customer journeys and interact with customers on all channels and platforms. Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the customer experience is always perfect.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and follow-up with a demonstrated commitment towards first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- The Centralized Customer Service team can answer product questions and make recommendations. They also coordinate exchanges with customers.
- Assist the Marketing team with the preparation of events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/communications or similar.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, as well as Arabic (Arabic is a must).
- Passionate about Marketing/social media, and community building.
