Description
- Staff members should be assigned to work in shifts.
- Staff members can be assigned tasks.
- Supervise employees to make sure tasks are completed according to safety regulations and on time.
- Get the materials you need for production.
- At the beginning and end of each day, open or close the warehouse.
- Assess the performance of your staff and offer training if necessary.
- Workplace disputes can be resolved
Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or another related field.
- Experience in management in manufacturing.
- Leadership abilities that are natural.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Safety and health protocols.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
