We are looking to hire confident, skilled salespeople who are willing to work with Real Estate agents on a commission basis.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Facilitate negotiations between sellers and buyers
- You must be familiar with the RERA rules to buy and sell property in Dubai.
- Must be able to handle multiple marketing channels and have innovative marketing skills.
- Advertise, list and host open houses to promote properties.
- Demonstrable experience working as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Communication, negotiation, and sales skills are essential.
- Must be able to handle and record leads for future reference.
- Ability to work with commissions and targets.
- RERA Certification is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- A driver's license is mandatory
