Responsible for achieving/exceeding targeted sales of AFM Commercial Vehicles, (Hino), while improving customer service.
- Keeps a current customer profile database in order to ensure that all pertinent details are up-to-date when necessary for campaigns or analysis
- Regular customer/field visits are conducted to evaluate business needs and to maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maximize the profitability of your branch while meeting or exceeding the monthly/annual sales targets. This is done by focusing on the net sales as well as gross margin earnings. You can also use discounts to close deals.
- Assure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, refresher course that introduce new products, and ensure the Sales Manager/Branche Manager is informed if additional education is needed.
- To facilitate strategic planning, the management should be aware of competitor activities and their products.
- Keep all documents in the deal file according to the SOP.
- To ensure that monthly overdue do not exceed the agreed target
