Description

We are looking for a sales coordinator who is detail-oriented and can support sales reps, coordinate sales activities and maintain good customer relationships. To optimize office workflow, the coordinator will also be responsible for administrative and clerical support.

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and have a high level of multitasking and time management ability.

Responsibilities
  • Email order processing and checking that the order has the correct price, discount, and product number
  • Daily sending out offers to customers based on pre-determined conditions
  • Assisting with a regular review of all offers
  • Inputting orders and making sure they are processed according to the customer's requirements. Also, making sure all orders are delivered on time and accurate.
  • Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure that sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are efficiently handled
  • Maintaining and developing filing systems to keep sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information for the finance department.
  • Make the products and services of your company as appealing to potential customers as you can.
  • You will be a secretary and provide administrative support to the office in order for it to run smoothly.
  • By supporting colleagues and executives with information planning and distribution, you can help them and their bosses.
  • Answering phones and redirecting calls when needed
  • Manage the daily, weekly, or monthly agenda and organize new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms

  • Facilitate the completion of regular reports

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or another related field
  • It may be beneficial to have experience in sales coordination or administration.
  • You must have excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and administrative skills
  • Great communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and meet deadlines
