As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administratively and support services to the sales team. This includes responding to new business leads and calling clients to confirm repeat business. In order to convert inquiries and confirm business, you will need to also enter bookings and follow up to ensure that clients receive their requests. You will be able to communicate and negotiate with guests if you have a solid knowledge of the hotel's facilities.
- College degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales for hotels
- Communication and social skills are essential
- Flexible and cooperative
- Good English skills
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
