As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and helping to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Excellent sales service ensures customer satisfaction.
- Customers' needs are assessed and assistance is provided with information about product features.
- Attain monthly and annual sales targets
- Responsible for building relationships with customers via regular use of client books.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
- Keep track of all advertisements and promotions.
- Participate in training seminars and store meetings.
- Keep in touch with your existing clients and find new ones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the retail industry. The luxury industry is preferred.
- Arabic speakers are a must.
- Good grooming skills and pleasant.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury retail industry.
- Outstanding customer service.
- In a fast-paced environment, manage your time well.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Flexibility to work flexible hours/days, weekends and holidays, as required.
- Willingness to follow all company policies, procedures and regulations.
