Description
An international retailer is looking for Retail Sales Executives to be based in Dubai Mall of Emirates/Dubai Mall. You will need to demonstrate products and provide excellent customer service to customers who visit their shops
Responsibilities
- Answering phone product questions
- Customer concerns, questions or complaints are addressed
- Assisting with the opening and closing the shop
- Ensure that stocks are always replenished
- Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the shop
- Demonstrating products to customers
- If applicable, providing a solution and recommendation
- Customer service excellence
Qualifications
- You must have a bachelor's degree
- Excellent command of English. A plus is knowledge of Arabic.
- Minimum of 1 year UAE sales experience
- Willingness to work in a shopping center and have a flexible work schedule
- Flexible to work weekends
- Willing to be assigned anywhere within the UAE
