Responsibilities

As required by the management, responsible for opening/closing the liquor store.
Assure compliance of all applicable laws and regulations in store operations.
Increase sales by analyzing competitor behavior and promoting products.
Assisting customers in reaching their sales goals and maintaining sales records.
Good customer relations are essential. You must respond to customers' queries and complaints promptly.
Cross-sell products, introduce new ones
When customers enter or leave the store, greet them
Report any discrepancies and track transactions on balance sheets

Qualifications

Prior experience in a retail or alcohol store, and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Excellent grooming standards
Communication and observation skills are essential.
Work experience preferred in a "Duty-Free Shop"
Preferably Chinese Speaker and Russian Speaker
2 years of experience in retail, FMCG & hospitality
Ability to work alone.
