Marjan Island Resort & Spa Managed By Accor is known for providing exceptional service at every stage of the dining experience. As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the Cluster Director for F&B. You will be able to develop your leadership skills and ensure exceptional operating results by ensuring outstanding menu offerings, promotions, an engaged team, and consistent guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- The Cluster Director of F&B reports to you. Your responsibilities and essential job functions include, but aren't limited to:
- General office coordination and support for the food and drink team
- As the primary user of the division, OpenTable/Opera is used to process reservations and other special requests from guests in-house and future clients.
- Follow the RFP process for Holiday Events and Reservations in all F&B Outlets.
- To ensure that all client requests and details are properly communicated through BEOs, you should contact the relevant F&B team members.
- With potential and definite customers, conducting outlet inspections
- To create F&B marketing collateral, and events related to business as required
- All websites updated with complete menu information (Hotel / Tonga Standalone).
- Assist the Online Marketing Manager in updating and providing opportunities on all social media platforms that have F&B listings.
- Coordinate and update all internal communications to all employees and handle all internal correspondence.
- Assist in the maintenance of F&B inventory at all outlets and banquets.
- Send weekly F&B recaps to the Hotel Manager.
- Check the arrival and VIP lists to make sure that proper amenities are in place
- Send out quarterly and monthly revenue reports to acknowledge F&B outlets booked through RFPs
- Agenda and minutes to be coordinated for internal F&B meetings
- Assist in the organization and hosting of Marketing and F&B-related events
- Perform quarterly competitive set analysis of F&B Outlets
- Other duties may be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Communication skills that are both verbal and written.
- Great organizational skills
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work together as a part of a team
- Capability to pay attention to guest needs while remaining calm and polite at all times.
