Description
  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Make sure your office/pantry is always clean.
  • Making coffee and tea for staff and visitors
  • Answer the phone if needed
  • Control and organize kitchen/pantry material storage and office material storage. Keep track of material consumption.
  • Monitoring equipment and supplies in the office.
  • Distribute or deliver mails, correspondences, and documents to the concerned person.
  • Social events for staff support
  • Assisting the office staff when requested.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of two years experience as an assistant in multi-cultural offices.
  • A person who is trustworthy and pleasant.
  • You must be willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
