Description
- You must ensure that the office is clean.
- You can manage the inventory of your pantry (coffee and tea, milk, sugar and tissue). Cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Clean and wipe down tables and other furniture.
- Use glasses, cups, saucers, etc., regularly and wash them. clean.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors.
- Prepare and serve refreshments/beverages (coffee, tea, or water) to visitors, and managers.
- After hours, lock doors and close windows to secure your facility.
- Get rid of the trash
- Make a list of the supplies you need to purchase and give it to your manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience in the office as an assistant or cleaner is preferred.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use cleaning products.
- Great organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team player
