Description
  • You must ensure that the office is clean.
  • You can manage the inventory of your pantry (coffee and tea, milk, sugar and tissue). Cleaning supplies and inventory.
  • Clean and wipe down tables and other furniture.
  • Use glasses, cups, saucers, etc., regularly and wash them. clean.
  • Vacuum carpets and sweep floors.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments/beverages (coffee, tea, or water) to visitors, and managers.
  • After hours, lock doors and close windows to secure your facility.
  • Get rid of the trash
  • Make a list of the supplies you need to purchase and give it to your manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Prior experience in the office as an assistant or cleaner is preferred.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use cleaning products.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team player
