Description
- Welcoming visitors.
- Make sure your office/pantry is always clean.
- Making coffee and tea for staff and visitors
- Answer the phone if needed
- Control and organize kitchen/pantry material storage and office material storage. Keep track of material consumption.
- Monitoring equipment and supplies in the office.
- Distribute or deliver mails, correspondences, and documents to the concerned person.
- Social events for staff support
- Assisting the office staff when requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of two years experience as an assistant in multi-cultural offices.
- A person who is trustworthy and pleasant.
- You must be willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
