- Assist the Marketing Manager in the launch of new products and the execution of 360 campaign launches with retailers
- Prepare forecast recommendations and conduct analysis for new product launches
- For new launches or events, prepare the allocations for samples, GWP, and POS Material
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in the preparation of the trade plan
- Follow up on trade requests and counter team needs, according to the trade marketing plan (GWP signage, ...)planograms).
- Marketing presentations created for internal and external meetings
- Preparation of video loops for animations and counters
- Contribute to the development of innovative ideas within the department
- Conduct a competition analysis
- Daily administrative duties include placing bi-monthly stock orders for head office and preparing retailers' meetings (samples. mock-ups. gifts, catering ).
- Responsible for budget tracking by raising POs with suppliers and receiving invoices
- Bachelor's Degree
- English Speaker (written or verbal)
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Communication skills that are both verbal and written are essential
