Description
- You must ensure that all shipping and purchase documentation are done on time and with high accuracy.
- Making DIP payment, FIRS payment and DIP request for Food Shipments
- Preparing and submitting the new item registration request, submission of Food Label Approval or Destruction request to local authorities
- Responsible for continuous improvement of working methods and procedures, leading to customer satisfaction and optimum efficiency
- Organise shipping documentation and liaison with CBU
- General procurement and order processing for fixed asset purchases & stationery
- Maintaining supplier performance database
- Communication with Internal & External Suppliers regarding deliveries
- Preparing and sending monthly stock & sales reports to respective departments
- Preparing for LRF
- Supply Chain Managers should be provided with the required reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5Â years experience in Logistics Operation
- Advanced MS Office
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills (English Language, oral and written).
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to finish the work in the time allowed
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics
- Fleet experience, such as RTA registration renewals, Salk and Vehicle Tracking System, Delivery permit, food permit, fleet report analysis.
