Description
  • Responsable for providing technical support to palace members and guests on complaints about software/hardware.
  • This guide supports the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software for laptops and PC workstations.
  • Offer telecommunications support to guests/users.
  • Users are supported to make sure they have access to the right computer systems. Workstations can also be used under the guidance and supervision of senior technical support personnel.
  • All problems will be resolved to the satisfaction of guests and users.
  • Assist guests in using the internet (HSIA/Wired) by making sure they have the correct V-Lan.
  • Responsible for complete technical support for guests/administration, including maintaining all hardware and software and troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
  • Other duties that may be assigned to your supervisor or manager from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Area
  • 2 to 3 years of IT experience in the hospitality sector
  • Experience in the same position in a luxury hotel would be preferred
  • The professional appearance that is well-groomed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physically strong and able to stand for long periods of time
  • You have sharp problem-solving skills.
