Description
- Responsable for providing technical support to palace members and guests on complaints about software/hardware.
- This guide supports the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software for laptops and PC workstations.
- Offer telecommunications support to guests/users.
- Users are supported to make sure they have access to the right computer systems. Workstations can also be used under the guidance and supervision of senior technical support personnel.
- All problems will be resolved to the satisfaction of guests and users.
- Assist guests in using the internet (HSIA/Wired) by making sure they have the correct V-Lan.
- Responsible for complete technical support for guests/administration, including maintaining all hardware and software and troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
- Other duties that may be assigned to your supervisor or manager from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Area
- 2 to 3 years of IT experience in the hospitality sector
- Experience in the same position in a luxury hotel would be preferred
- The professional appearance that is well-groomed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically strong and able to stand for long periods of time
- You have sharp problem-solving skills.
