- Hotline support is available during off-hours, holidays, weekends and other times as needed
- Request for modifications made by MAF Retail staff to be coordinated, tested and reviewed
- Support for all IT products and services. This includes answering questions and solving problems
- Find the best way to solve a user's technical problem
