Description
You are a digitization leader and work for IT's management. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- To strengthen the digital capabilities of the municipality through education and knowledge dissemination
- For questions regarding how digitization can help to make everyday life easier and more efficient
- To continue to improve our work environment, financial results, customer satisfaction, and the work environment
- To assist with feasibility studies and requirements analysis, and to be the one initiating and leading changes
- Participate in national and local networks in your role as digitization leader
Qualifications
- Education in a relevant field, or work experience equivalent to that the employer considers equivalent
- Experience with large and/or complicated organizations
- Experience building networks and working across organizational borders with different competencies
- Excellent understanding of IT and how IT interacts
- Work experience in the IT industry
