All guest check-ins must be processed. This includes verifying guest identity, payment form, assigning a room and activating/issuing a key. Each guest will have their own account. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Document exceptions and ensure rates meet market codes. Verify/adjust billing, and secure payment before issuing room keys. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Compile closing and cashier reports. Provide property and directions to guests.
