Events by DNATA (EBD), is a new division of DWT. This division contracts the delivery of large-scale Events, Exhibitions, and Incentives trips. EBD offers both distribution and travel support for their clients, both in Dubai and selected countries around the world. These projects are managed on an annual basis. Assist with basic costing, client queries, and bookings, as well as providing administrative and operating support for the Events unit

Responsibilities

 To provide administrative support for the division's operations, including answering of queries and providing statistical data to the department. - Negotiate and negotiate the best rates for events with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other travel-related service providers. In the absence of the Snr, this function is performed independently. Event Executive. The SEE will accept the agreement in order to obtain the best EBD deal. Coordinate and support back office activities for promotion, marketing, operation, and administration of each event, exhibition, or incentive inquiry (e.g. In order to ensure that the event is completed on time and accurately, databases and promotion materials are obtained. - Manage basic costs of exhibitions and.events, except for incentive inquiries. To ensure the accuracy of this system. - To handle basic client inquiries, client correspondence, and make reservations with all vendors (hotels, air, visas, marhabas, tours Safaris & other special requests) within the parameters established by Stir. Events Executive to ensure accurate and correct information is provided to clients. Assist with the preparation of monthly status reports for each exhibition. Event Executive, along with the Snr. Event Executive to provide financial status, payment status, and any other pertinent information required for each activity. - Collect and submit feedback to the Snr. The event Executive will collect feedback from customers about the hotel's services and ground services, in order for SEE to make appropriate decisions. In order to provide effective travel services, the 'on-site' travel office must be managed by an independent contractor. This entails handling and providing travel-related services to both participants and visitors

Qualifications

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) Experience: - Hospitality.Other: 5+ Years - Experience in the travel industry. Which of these are preferred in inbound travel, hotel industry, or handling exhibitions and conventions? Experience in all aspects of travel for exhibitions. This includes contracting with hotels, airlines, and ground operators. - Ability to handle all inquiries and packages. Knowledge & Skills - Excellent communication skills. Ability to negotiate and deal at all levels. - A pleasant personality. Excellent English wrote/spoken. Working knowledge of MS Word/ Excel & preferred Access. Valid U.A.E. Driving license for additional assistance.
