The duration of the program is 24 months and is divided into two main phases: Phase 1: 12 months This phase will involve two on-the-job attachments in Dubai. To understand the business, you will be assigned to both junior and senior positions in dnata travel. Each job attachment will last 6 months. During this time, you'll gain a solid understanding of the roles and be able to perform them on your own. Each role attachment will end with an assessment. Phase 2 - 12 Months This phase will include two job attachments at dnata locations around the world. This attachment will give you the opportunity to experience the international dnata Travel operations in a global setting. Similar to the Dubai job attachment, you will be assigned to supervisory and junior roles. Each international job attachment will last 6 months. During this time, you will gain a thorough understanding of the role and be able to perform the tasks independently. Each role attachment will have an end to which you will be evaluated. This is a graduate trainee program. You will not need any work experience as you will gain it through a 2-phased intensive on-the-job training program. Qualifications & Experience We are looking for the following skills and experiences: - A Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA above 3.0 - Excellent conceptual and numerical skills - Strong English communication skills (written or verbal) – Ability to travel and work internationally. - Candidates must have a valid UAE passport.
