Digital Operations Executive
Description
Assist Richemont Maisons in implementing the SAP system according to the processes for all digital applications. Documentation is needed to assist in the change management process. Training and support for newcomers and end-users are provided throughout the project's lifecycle and after it has gone live.
Responsibilities
- Implementing SAP for digital tools is a smooth process.
- To ensure that your business needs are met across all markets, functions, and Maisons, it is important to understand the current and future flows and processes
- For all user testing cycles, conduct extensive tests in coordination and with all Maisons and functions
- Be a Digital SAP Advisor for all stakeholders
- You can manage account access in accordance with the internal control rules
- Ensure that end-users are provided with the right support during testing, cutover and go-live.
- End-user training on digital flows provided to them
- Documentation should be created to keep you informed about testing and implementation progress. Also, it should address any challenges.
- By collaborating with other partners and ensuring that processes are correctly implemented, you can focus on operational excellence in logistics, customer service, IT, and finance.
- Rapidly escalate issues, risks, and challenges
- Participate as a Digital Key User in MEIA SAP
Qualifications

- Collaboration, good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability and interest to support others
- Leadership and the ability to solve problems
- Multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in ecommerce
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in complex and multicultural environments
- Digitally savvy, proactive, and curious
- Experience with relevant tools is a plus. (SAP Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics and JIRA).
- Ability to solve problems and simplify complicated workflows
- Excel and PowerPoint skills are advanced
- Languages: English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.
