Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns from beginning to end, to achieve key program KPIs
- Loyalty program support for brand building and value creation
- Keep a communications calendar and communicate with customers
- Make sure to review content and follow brand guidelines
- Assist the Loyalty Team in launching and rolling out Alshaya's loyalty program as usual marketing
- As one of the most important programs in the region, build and leverage the Loyalty program
Key Performance Areas
- Assistance in branding, social media, content and communications.
- Data analysis can help you identify value-driven initiatives
- Create targeted marketing materials for each customer segment
- Engaging content can help you create a strong value proposition for identified segments.
- Ensure compliance with the Loyalty Program brand guidelines throughout the business (best practices for communication frequency, content and channels, data, and workflow processes).
- Integrate marketing strategies to build and grow your brand. This will lead to greater awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Maximize customer lifetime value by monitoring and optimizing strategies
- The Marketing Team works closely with you to create the Loyalty Marketing Plan.
- Deliver relevant, impactful omnichannel communications that drive engagement and increase linkage (aligned with the Loyalty Marketing Plan Strategy).
- Keep up-to-date on the latest market trends, innovations, CRM and customer loyalty best practices.
- All marketing activities are measured and reported on.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Health Tracking Teams to monitor the brand's health and performance.
- Implements digital strategies for increasing app downloads, app usage, and CRM engagement.
- Provides insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of marketing departments and marketing programs/campaigns. Assists the department in achieving its goals.

Experience
- Direct experience of 4+ years in Brand Marketing, CRM and Loyalty
- 2+ years experience in ATL/BTL marketing positions
- Experience with Retail Brands - Areas of Fashion/Apparel/Beauty/Wellness
- Experience in planning, execution and delivery of Marketing Campaigns
- Understanding the various marketing communication channels (CRM and Offline, Digital, Social), ATL, BTL
- Expert MS Office user: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Social media, SEO, and paid media experience
