By creating world-class holiday packages, we connect travelers to destination stakeholders (hotels, attractions, etc.).

We manage and operate the Saadiyat Island website, Yas Island website, and mobile app.

These websites are designed to inspire and sell data-driven itineraries that help travelers plan their perfect trip.

Experience Hub is seeking a digital marketing executive to report to the head of eCommerce to join their team responsible for promoting Saadiyat Island.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting various digital initiatives in the landscape. This includes UX/UI / Development initiatives to the website and mobile app, Content monitoring, content authoring and content management, SEO CRM, and Data and Analytics.

  • Participate in brainstorming and benchmarking to help develop digital and eCommerce strategies
  • Assist in the creation of the strategy that is based on the requirements of the line manager
  • To ensure that the strategic initiatives are completed on time and produce the desired quality output, follow up with different teams and stakeholders regarding operational elements (financial/procurement/status reporting etc).
  • With the support of your line manager, extract data and share it as needed.
  • Execute website optimization projects on time and provide quality work to alert management about any gaps
  • On request, perform factual benchmarks for other digital channels (website or app).
  • Get a good understanding of the key insights that digital channels visitors need
  • Report accurately and promptly
  • Perform data collection and checks as required
  • Identify technology gaps, alert line management
  • Request IT to conduct technology benchmarks
  • Learn about the technology environment in general and its impact on digital channels.
  • Clear and specific requirements for IT to deliver projects or manage delivery
  • Build win-win relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery. Leverage line manager support for external stakeholders.
  • To deliver a project, engage with the assets e-commerce team when requested by the line manager
  • Incorporate content to the site in a timely fashion
  • Perform random and scheduled checks. Identify broken links, content, and UX issues and recommend fixes. Perform an assessment on demand
  • Before uploading content, make sure you check for potential errors
  • Content monitoring, content authoring, content management
  • Follow the instructions to execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Follow the instructions to execute CRM actions
  • Follow the instructions to configure SEO/SEM.
  • With the support of the line manager, maintain existing tools and coordinate the implementation of new ones
  • With the support of the line manager, raise PR promptly with all the required information. Track the procurement process to ensure that procurement is delivered on time.
  • Take a positive attitude towards department culture and adopt a positive outlook
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in digital marketing or marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in executing initiatives related to content management, UX/UI development, SEO/SEM CRM, email, digital strategy, analytics and social media
  • Knowledge of Sitecore, GA and GTM
  • The most recent SEO strategies and techniques
  • Experience of digital marketing, ideally in the travel and leisure sector (on the client or agency side): 2-3 years
  • Ability to simplify technical discussions and to share them with business teams, and vice versa
  • Facilitate professional relationships between different brands and functional teams within the destination
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-geography environments
  • An advantage is a working knowledge of basic programming and code analysis
  • Experience with Invision, Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch are advantages
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Apps experience is a benefit
  • Emarsys experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic are essential, but not required.
  • Experience of digital marketing, ideally in the travel and leisure sector (on the client or agency side): 2-3 years
