Description

New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), seeks to appoint a digital marketing assistant reporting to the Head CGSB Administration & Outreach.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist in the development of new marketing initiatives and programs that are aligned with the center's goals. The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible to create graphics, including logos, layouts and photos. This candidate will be responsible for creating content for CGSB social media, and promotional materials in Arabic, and English. They will also have to manage various tasks such as print advertising, website updates, and other projects.
Responsibilities
  • As needed, design graphic elements like logos, digital ads and print ads.
  • All digital marketing campaigns can be measured and reported on, as well as the performance against set goals.
  • Help with larger projects, such as writing scripts or shooting videos.
  • You can create visual assets, including prints, social media channels, emails and websites.
  • Photographs and videos can be taken for digital and print use.
  • From mockup to execution, design and implement various web-based projects.
  • As needed, design graphic elements like logos, digital ads and print ads.
  • All digital marketing campaigns can be measured and reported on, as well as the performance against set goals.
  • Assist with daily social posts in English and Arabic.
  • For different platforms in Arabic or English, create original content and collect content.
  • Assist with the Center's Outreach Activities and Events, including the annual CGSB Conference, Fikret science Cafe, and other seminars.
  • As needed, collaborate with vendors and co-workers.
  • Follow a digital marketing budget.
  • For outreach activities, prepare agendas and quickly distribute minutes from meetings.
  • Maintaining and maintaining the center electronic content including videos and photographs.
  • As needed, perform other duties related to the above
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in multimedia communication, mass communication or graphic design, or any other related field
  • Experience as a digital marketing coordinator/graphic designer
  • Experiment with social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and LinkedIn.
  • Expertise in the use of relevant software applications like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Lightroom, Dreamweaver or Premier.
  • Adobe Audition and Experience Manager: Experience the difference
  • Expertise in the development and management of electronic content including videos and podcasts
  • Strong knowledge of English and written Arabic
  • High quality work is achieved by being results-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as filing and record-keeping
  • Professionalism and customer orientation at an advanced level in all interactions
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Familiarity in content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management tools (CRM).
