Description

Input customer and account information by entering text-based and numerical information from the source documents within the time limit.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare the source data for computer entry, compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priority.
  • Examine data and correct any errors or deficiencies.
  • For incomplete documents, research and get further information.
  • Create reports, store work in the designated places and perform backup operations.
  • When necessary, scan documents and print them.
  • Answer questions and get the information you need.
  • Respect data integrity and security policies.
  • Make sure your office equipment is properly used and fix any problems.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in data entry as an Office Clerk or Data Entry Operator.
  • MS Office and data programs experience.
  • You will have to use office equipment such as fax machines and scanners.
  • Speed and accuracy in typing
  • Attention to detail.
