This role will require you to manage the Help desk, which is the central station at the Resort for building service requests, complaints and safety hazards via Engineering Department's CAFM system.
This role involves the prompt and efficient processing of requests submitted, following Engineering FM Policy and Company Procedures, and raising feedback to senior management.
The successful candidate will use best practices to increase efficiency in maintenance, safety regulations compliance, event organization, and space allocations. The ability to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Your role will include clear communication with customers as well as the ability to take appropriate action.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
The candidate will have evidence of hands-on rectification/diagnostic skills and a background in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance.
You must be able work under pressure and have strong computer skills.
