Position title
Customer Service Supervisor
  • Assists in the management of a team consisting of Customer Care Agents. Also ensures that they adhere to company guidelines regarding quality service.
  • Organizes the daily schedules of Customer Care Agents.
  • Assists customer care agents with technical and customer-related issues.
  • Collects and prepares reports about customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepares monthly reports summarizing performance of assigned customer service teams.
  • Customer Care Management is notified of opportunities to improve or update customer service procedures.
  • Prepare knowledge-based documents, such as summaries or responses to the frequently asked questions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience of three years as a Customer service supervisor.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
