  • Keep track of customer interactions, file customer documents and process customer accounts.
  • Follow guidelines, policies and communication procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrable customer service experience, or experience as a client service representative
  • Active listening and strong phone handling skills are essential for successful phone contacts
  • Familiarity and familiarity with CRM systems, practices, and procedures
  • Communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
