Description

Effective line management of Team Leaders located in Cairo, KSA, and Dubai. Contact person for event portfolio stakeholders at these locations, up to EVP. Customers (visitors, exhibitors) are our main point of contact. We ensure that all questions are answered, followed up and solved within the department SLA. Ensure that any portfolio's specific support needs are understood and customized to suit their requirements. Ensure that the Cairo team is available to provide quality support. Exhibitors' core tasks include explaining the Exhibitor Manual to them and coordinating the resolution of any queries. This applies to explaining the Smart event experience. Assist the CS Director in budgeting for T&E, staffing and related costs for regions that you support. In collaboration with the CSM-Europe, plan internal resources to support event trading Infohub. The core tasks for visitors are to help them understand the event website, and support their attendance at the event. Update CRM systems with customer information and any other relevant internal platforms. To support team performance, create dashboard info and reporting to help manage SL's. Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated customer communication plans. To educate and get feedback from exhibitors about using web services (exhibitor manuals, new launches and products), contact them proactively. First-line technical support for digital tools and products. Get customer feedback for digital solutions. Conduct support surveys and conduct outreach. Provide feedback to customer service teams for Marketing, Events and Product. Share best practices and suggestions for improvement based on customer feedback. This will allow for continuous Improvement. Customer complaints should be directed to the main contact. Assist with the online exhibitor manual, catalog data, lead generation tools, and all other internal systems. As needed, support the event teams. As directed by the Director, Customer Service, ad hoc duties
