Description

Red Hat Sales is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). You will manage relationships with commercial accounts in several verticals. This will allow you to help our customers make IT transformations and business decisions using our solutions and services. You will build commercial relationships with new customers and expand the business. You will be a Commercial Account Executive and gain an understanding of customer processes, challenges and needs. This will allow you to promote Red Hat's solutions as well as how they can meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Red Hat's sales strategy, performance management and customer success in assigned accounts. Retention and growth of bookings through partners.
  • Use your knowledge of the use cases and the strategic offering value proposition to win business. Identify and take advantage of opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and renew Red Hat's portfolio. This will deepen relationships with customers.
  • Partner sales executives should be partnered to encourage partner-centric customer engagement. Red Hat's use case to customer needs must be aligned with Red Hat's and develop solutions with partners that add business value.
  • Red Hat is a key partner and provides customer continuity and account expertise to the sales pod for customers.
  • To achieve success in the territory, you can collaborate with your pod team
  • Partner with the Customer Success team and partners to understand customer's value, expand and retain customer base, and ensure customer meets the success criteria set out in the value-and-success plan.
  • Ask for support from inside sales reps to help you engage specialist solutions architects, industry experts, and sales solutions specialists. This will allow you to manage end to end sales and provide customer value, as required.
Qualifications
  • Great leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders in a matrixed organisation
  • Understanding the ecosystem landscape and how partners can help you create a value proposition that is "better together" for your customers
  • Value engineering and strategic orientation are key to position and sell solutions for customer needs. Business cases can be built around return on investment (ROI), and total cost of ownership.
  • Solid understanding of customer business trends, competitive landscape and Red Hat differentiators, as well as Red Hat's value proposition
  • Red Hat can communicate the hybrid cloud story, Red Hat's value propositions, and Red Hat’s differentiation with key customers and partners.
  • Successfully delivered engaging and effective presentations to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and internal advocates within the customer organization. This includes IT teams as well as business teams.
  • Extensive experience in selling complex IT solutions for large organizations and multiple decision-makers by engaging the partner network
  • Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines will guide you in your travels across the region.
  • Excellent English communication skills
