      • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel

    These are the responsibilities and contributions that are essential to the success of this position.

    • The restaurant should be set up efficiently and accurately. This includes the tables, counters, and anti-pasta/fish.
    • Participate actively in daily stand-up briefings or taste panels
    • Make sure you are familiar with the Basic of the Day and the Food and Beverage Brand Standards and that they are being followed
    • Only allow a supervisor to direct you to a station.
    • Serve guest orders quickly and in accordance with Brand Standards, the sequence of service and sales dialog
    • Pay attention to any of the 86 items
    • Always offer sparkling or still water options
    • After two bites of your main course, check back
    • After the main course, or whenever it is necessary, crumbs the table
    • After two butts, and before putting the dishes on the tables, change the ashtray
    • Refill the glass if there is still a third left
    • Clear out empty dishes and glasses as soon as possible
    • All beverages should be served in compliance with the Brand Standards and Use Records
    • Answer guest questions regarding the menu, daily specials, and beverages. You can make suggestions that will suit the guest's needs and up-sell items proactively.
    • To ensure that the food is correct in appearance, temperature, and portion size, you should inspect it before serving it.
    • Use the MICROS/Respak system correctly:
    • Make sure that orders are accurately and clearly punched
    • Supervisors should initialize any adjustments or voids
    • You can update Respak accurately without creating unnecessary profiles.
    • After guests have left, ensure that tables are promptly bussed. Make sure that all tables are rearranged in a clean, neat, and orderly manner, paying particular attention to details.
    • Side stations should be kept clean and well-organized at all times.
    • Assign all side and set up work.
    • Every associate must comply with all management requests. This could include moving to or working in another Food & Beverage outlet.

      • Notify your supervisor immediately if you are injured in the workplace.
      • To ensure a safe and secure environment, follow safety and security procedures for your company or department.
      • Notify Loss Prevention/Security about guest reports of theft

      • You must ensure the security and privacy of your guests and coworkers.
      • Protect confidential information and proprietary materials.

      • Follow company policies and procedures to protect company equipment, machines, and other assets.

      • You will work as many hours as you need to complete your job, but not less than 48 hours per semaine.

    Guest Relation

      • To resolve problems, delight and build trust, actively listen to and respond to guests' questions, concerns and requests.
      • Assist other employees in ensuring proper guest service and coverage.
      • You can anticipate your guests' service needs by asking them questions to gain a better understanding of their needs. Also, you can watch/listen to guests' preferences and take action whenever they are.
      • Service guests in a positive, professional, and timely manner.
      • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
      • Show appreciation to your guests and say goodbye with a heartfelt farewell.
      • With a smile, eye contact and friendly greetings, you will be able to welcome and acknowledge all guests.
      • Provide directions and information to residents and guests about property amenities, services, hours of operation, local areas of interest, and other activities.


      • Use appropriate etiquette to answer telephones. This includes answering within three rings, smiling in one's face, using one's name, using your voice to answer, using the caller's name, asking permission to place the caller on hold, taking and relaying information, and allowing them to hang up.
      • Use clear, professional language when speaking to guests or co-workers.
      • To effectively exchange information, talk with and listen to employees.

      • Be there for your coworkers and treat them with respect and dignity.
      • With tact, respect and diplomacy, handle sensitive issues with guests and employees with confidentiality. Maintain productive and positive working relationships with employees from other departments.
