Description
The Brand Executive assists in the development of brand operations, promotion and expansion, implementation of brand plans and data use to drive volume, and profitability and is accountable for all aspects of brand management. He/she is responsible for focusing on brand business goals in the short- and long-term.
Responsibilities
- Assist the brand manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of this organization.
- Employees should be productive, successful and motivated to achieve their goals.
- Operational issues and concerns should be addressed promptly.
- Supervise the operations team to ensure operational excellence, excellent customer service and superior customer care.
- Educate the operations team about best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
- For staff, maintain operational guidelines.
- For new projects, determine the staffing requirements and work assignment.
- Assist the brand manager in coordinating various operational issues and promotional activities.
- Assess current strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- As needed, generate operational reports
- Coordinates the purchase and order coordination for the BM.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by sharing information with BM through competitive shopping, shopping shops and the market.
- Upload and manage purchase orders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a junior role in brand management/business development or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or finance, marketing, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in retail is required.
- Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing brands in multiple markets
- Creative thinker and problem solver
