Description
Assists the Executive Management with high-level administrative and secretarial support. In this role, the incumbent provides personal administrative support to Techno Commercial Function in an organized and timely manner. To perform their duties, the incumbent must maintain confidentiality, discretion, and pay attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for administrative support, answering questions, and updating records.
- Assists in the management of the office of the manager and ensures that it runs smoothly.
- Managers can give you authority to disperse tasks so that manager can focus on the most important issues.
- Resolve internal and externe clients' concerns and address their questions.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ensure that messages are delivered in a timely fashion, and that messages are clear
Qualifications
- High Diploma/Diploma for human resources, business administration or in any related discipline.
- Experience inprogressively more difficult and responsible operational roles within a dynamic Human Capital function.
