Description
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains process documentation to ensure audit compliance.
- Process deliverables are executed as required by the process to ensure error-free processing.
- Performs Master Data changes and their impact on multiple systems and processes. Clear definitions are required.
- Stakeholders are consulted to discuss their requirements, set expectations, address grievances, and then share them with the Operations Manager.
- Assists in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Immediately escalate issues to the Operations Manager. They will then suggest actions to resolve them.
- Supports external, internal, and client audits with accurate, timely information
