What are you doing?

You will work as an AE in CSM Middle East, supporting a few of our largest accounts. You would be responsible for projects in a variety of sports. The role will be to support the daily relationship between CSM and the client, as well as their rights holders in order to execute the respective projects. We are seeking a talented individual with great client skills, experience, and passion for event and experiential project delivery.

As part of CSM's Brands team, you will work remotely from your UAE office. You will also be able to interact with colleagues in ME and APAC. You will report to an experienced Account/Event Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support of client relationships and client day-to-day support in the GCC, with a focus on the UAE and KSA.
  • Assist with the management and relationships of suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Management of project status and meetings with clients, as well as internally within the company, is essential for effective management
  • Assistance in project planning and strategy (with Account Lead)
  • Facilitate all-agency and internal brainstorming and idea development
  • Assist in the development and management project timelines, budgets and invoicing/cost management, task tracking, and any other pertinent supplementary documents
  • Support team for all aspects of campaign touch points, including general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearings, live activations and digital & social strategy, PR & Communications, guest management, and guest management

Administration

  • Organise client meetings and fulfill their requirements
  • Weekly status reports (internal as well as external) can be created
  • If necessary, make adjustments to the strategy and implementation documents
  • Make both internal and externe presentations
  • Make sure account filing is simple and efficient
  • Assistance with supplier onboarding
Qualifications
  • Graduate from University
  • Fluency in English written and spoken Arabic is a valuable language.
  • Passion for football and sports
  • Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in sports marketing/account management.
  • Experience with clients in the Middle East (UAE, KSA) is beneficial
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Mentality of problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • You are hungry for account management and strategic plan
  • Multitasking ability; you will need to be able to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • You have the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage your time.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
  • A solution-oriented and hands-on approach to managing work streams
